Fran Carter

Fran Carter is a Wellington born Jeweller with a long history of making and designing which stems back to her early childhood. Drawn to the field of body adornment and applied craft, Fran took up studies with Whitireia NZ graduated with a Bachelor in Applied Arts majoring in contemporary jewellery. In 2015 she was the recipient of the Whitireia Toi Pōneke artist in residence award, whilst completing her Graduate Diploma in Applied Art.
