We offer flat rate shipping on all jewellery orders to be posted within New Zealand via tracked courier.

International Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping including insurance for all parcels being sent outside of New Zealand.

Price: $50NZD

Estimated delivery: Delivery times will vary depending on which country you're in.

Returns

If you purchase Vu Jewellery we are happy to resize and repair items, please get in touch with us via phone, email or pop in store to discuss options.

All returned items bought via our online shop will be returned to us at purchasers expense and cost of initial shipping will not be returned.
Items in their original condition with no scratches or sign of wear will be ....returned/credit note???
